MedTech Ambulance hired Black Door Creative to help with their Web Design and WordPress website. Med Tech Ambulance is the largest ambulance service in Rhode Island, delivering compassionate care via multiple locations throughout the state. We offer medical transportation to and from all Rhode Island hospitals and nearly all nursing homes in the state.
Medical Website Design Challenges:
The Medical Ambulance company was experiencing various problems around its current website that was over 10+ years old and looking for a digital agency to solve some of those pain points.
- The existing website was old and outdated
- Could not be viewed properly on a mobile device
- No tracking information to pull insights
- All images used on the website were old and outdated
- The website was using outdated technology and could not be easily updated.
- The website lacked any kind of SEO strategy and not ranking as well as it could in Google.

- Secondly, we designed + developed a new WordPress website.
- Thirdly, we improved the site’s overall SEO and followed on-site SEO guidelines.
- Provided digital content, for instance, written copy, and digital photography.
- Developed some custom internal forms for a better employee workflox.
